Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.

My arrival experience: Fast check-in. Escorted right to the room upon arrival. This is how every hotel should do it.
What I loved: The rooms and the food.
What about the food: Excellent. Had a great lunch with fresh ingredients and good service. The restaurant is recommended by the Michelin Guide and is reasonably priced.
What about the service: Very good service in all areas of the hotel. Some attention to details could be better like bath salt at the jacuzzi tub and not having to re-enter difficult login each time on the Wi-Fi connection. The staff are friendly and talkative.
What about the rooms: Beautiful contemporary rooms with comfortable beds, jacuzzi tubs and L'Occitane products.
