Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Fast in-room check-in upon arrival. The hotel also offers assistant at the airport upon arrival which was appreciated.
What about the food: I only had the food at the club lounge and it had a better selection than expected.
What about the service: Great service in all areas of the hotel. Friendly front desk, knowledgeable concierge and attentive lounge staff. Well-managed. Good first impression of the Dusit brand.
What about the rooms: Beautiful contemporary rooms comparable with a great Marriott or Sheraton hotel. I stayed in a large suite with separate shower from the large bathtub.
Number of rooms: 449.
